Now we send items via DHL mainly and it arrives overseas without delay.
The shipment via JapanPost/EMS seems delay due to COVID-19.
If it arrives without delay, JapanPost/EMS will be also available.
■SHOPPING GUIDE

1. Add to the cart
Please select a desired item and click the cart button.
In the cart, the navigation function switches to English automatically. If it doesn’t, please choose "English" in the language selector at the upper right corner of the screen.
After finished shopping, please click the check out button.
2. Put your information
Please fully complete your information necessary to ship.
3. Choose payment method
SQUARE | INVOCE payment : You can pay an invoice from us with "VISA, MASTER, AMEX" credit card.
Paypal : If you have a PayPal account, it is available.
4. Wait e-mails from us
The first e-mail [order confirmation mail] will be sent automatically. Please confirm the details in the second e-mail which inform you the final order contents including shipping fee.
If you can’t receive any mails from us within 3 business days, please let us know.
★Shipping fee depends on the package weight, size and shipping area.
★If the shipping address is placed in Japan, the order items will be subject to Japanese sales tax/VAT.
5. Check an invoice
After second e-mail, we send an invoice through SQUARE/Paypal. Please check it and proceed the payment within 7 days. After complete payment, the package for you will be shipped soon.

Sales tax/VAT and Customs tax
The item price posted on online store is included Japanese sales tax/VAT. We exclude it from the price and make an invoice.
There is a customs tax charged for the package under your country. The recipient needs to pay it.
Return items
We accept to return within 30 days when you received items.

Return for defective
If there is an initial problem, round trip shipping fee is our responsibility. After we receive return items, we will make a refund.
No-fault return
In case of the return due to customer's personal preference, round trip shipping fee will be customer's responsibility. Please make sure the condition of items what it is the same as the original. If it is not, a full refund may not be made. After we check returned items, we will make a refund.
